Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on your location. Prior to delivery, you will receive a phone call from the delivery team to coordinate your delivery date + time window. The delivery will not be carried out unless the date has been confirmed by you. Please note, if you miss your confirmed and scheduled delivery, you will be responsible for a redelivery fee which is set by the delivery company.
